Senior Resource Center
of Worcester County, LLC (SRCWC)*
Senior Resource Center of Worcester County, LLC (SRCWC)* was formed in response to requests for assistance in coordinating the legal** and potential healthcare issues, along with the financial*** aspects, that are so critically important in developing a proper and effective asset protection and estate plan.
Many people are unaware or unclear about the accessibility of government and community benefit programs, as well as the proper and necessary legal** and financial solutions*** that are available. SRCWC’s function is to make you aware, and keep you aware, of all of your options for protecting you and your family, and help you design a simple plan that can effectively protect your assets.
With SRCWC’s help you can have the peace of mind of:
- An asset protection and estate plan that protects your life savings and other assets from probate, the IRS, and health care needs.
- Immediate access to professional help in determining the best possible care options should either you or a loved one ever need long-term medical care. (The best way to protect assets from a nursing home is to never be in one. Our nurse case managers help families access home care programs that maximize care services and optimize care dollars being spent. When nursing home care is the only option, however, SRCWC guides families through the process of finding the right facility and qualifying for Medicaid benefits to cover the cost of that care.)
- A one-time, lifetime fee arrangement that allows you to continue to provide the best possible protection for your life savings and other assets when there are regulatory changes, or changes in your personal circumstances.
With the proper guidance and planning, nursing home and/or other long term care costs do not have to deplete a family’s life savings, home equity, and future inheritances for children and grandchildren.
SCRWC is offering an initial, no-cost, 90-minute consultation with its team of experts, including a financial services specialist***, elder law attorney** and, when appropriate, a nurse case manager. This discussion will serve as an opportunity to identify your specific needs and goals, as well as those of your family, and to determine the most appropriate solutions. Contact us for details.
