Rita G. Evans
Senior Resource Center, Inc.
R.N. - Case Manager

Rita G. Evans is a graduate of the Quincy Hospital School of Nursing. For more than 15 years, Rita was a nurse in the emergency room at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston. She has won numerous citations for her work, including the Karen Daley Nurse Achievement Award as emergency medicine Nurse of the Year in 2000 and the Partners Healthcare Award for clinical excellence in 1999.

Rita developed the role of RN-Case Manager with Senior Resource Center, Inc., where she is the chief consultant and advocate for families and their loved ones needing long-term care. Rita also coordinates regular educational presentations to health care professionals. She is a member of the Case Management Society of America and holds a certificate in case management from LTU HealthCare Continuing Education. Rita is married and the mother of two children.

Fred Boutiette
Senior Resource Center of Worcester County, LLC (SRCWC)*

Fred was born in 1943, and raised in South Grafton, MA. After graduating from Holy Cross College in Worcester, he entered the U.S. Military. He served in Vietnam and completed his military service as a Captain.

In 1970 he became a Registered Representative with a U.S. based securities firm and accepted a posting in Manila, in the Philippines, where he and his wife Lilian were married. They have 8 children, and 9 grandchildren.

In 1972 he co-founded the Hong Kong based investment firm Boutiette, Kimura & Associates, Ltd.  From 1972 to 1981 he formed and managed several investment projects. His clients were American educators employed by the U.S. Government to staff the Dependent Schools at overseas U.S. military installations. In 1981 Fred and Lil relocated their family to the United States. Fred then spent from 1982-1993 developing investment properties that he had acquired with his clients.

As his clients begun retiring, Fred shifted his focus to better serve them. In 1997, he formed The Visper Group, a retirement services and estate preservation firm, to focus on the needs of retirees and those seriously planning their retirement. After many years of research and planning, Fred then formed Senior Resource Center of Worcester County, as a sister firm to The Visper Group, in order to expand and enhance the services he can provide his clients.

Fred and Lil live in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Jeffrey A. (Jeff) Monfette

Jeff was raised in Spencer, MA, and he graduated from St. Peter-Marian High School in Worcester.

After graduating from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI with a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Jeff joined The Visper Group, a retirement services firm focused on serving the needs of retirees and those seriously planning their retirement.  In his capacity with The Visper Group, he was instrumental in the forming of Senior Resource Center of Worcester County, an asset preservation firm, as a sister firm to The Visper Group, in order to expand and enhance the services available to their clients.

Jeff and his wife, Susan, live in Waltham, MA and have two children.

Caryn M. Cristy

Community Outreach Coordinator

Caryn was raised in Spencer, Massachusetts and graduated from St. Peter Marian High School in Worcester.

After graduating from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology, Caryn furthered her education with a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption College in Worcester.

Caryn joined The Visper Group, a retirement services firm focused on serving the needs of retirees and helping them plan for their senior years. In her capacity with The Visper Group, she was instrumental in forming its sister company, Senior Resource Center of Worcester County, an asset preservation firm focused on coordinating clients’ existing or potential medical care needs, in addition to their legal and financial requirements.

Caryn and her husband live in Wallingford, Connecticut.
